Metro Redux Sells 1.5 Million Copies

The game Metro Redux that contains both remastered versions of both Metro: 2033 and Metro Last Light, Metro Redux is a pretty nice package, and we'd argue one of the best shooters on the PC. It's been reported that the post-apocalyptic game has sold over 1.5 million copies worldwide.

The news comes via Deep Silver, and, understandably, the publisher seems happy with the remaster's success. "When measured against sales of the previous generation release, Metro Redux is the best performing remaster of this generation," it said, pointing out that Redux has actually sold through more units than the original Last Light did on last-gen consoles.
